PROGRAM OBJECTIVE
Leading through continuous change and uncertainty is probably the biggest challenge of leaders today:
- a transformation is not even finished when the next one starts,
- a long list of projects and change initiatives are running simultaneously,
- people had enough of the amount of change happening,
- the need for being ready for “anything that might happen” is stronger than ever.
For whom: If you are a middle to senior level leader and these situations are familiar to you, then this program is probably for you! We will take a deep dive into these challenges and prepare you with SEED’s practical, “DO-HOW focused” approach.

Women’s self-confidence and awareness of their authentic leadership style and strengths are the foundation for purposefully building their business interactions, trust, and success.
How can we build self-confidence? How can we draw on each other’s experiences to reveal our authentic leadership style and personal vision that support our leadership aspirations?
This course will enhance your self-awareness, and will provide you with the broader understanding on women’s challenges at the workplace, and tools and techniques how to address them.

In many senses and understanding, finance is a mystery where accountants and controllers operate within a black box, producing analytics, graphs, reports, plans, and many other things to ‘support’ your job.
But what does finance bring to business, and why do many say that finance is an essential part of business and business decisions?

You start from aspiration and values, continue with building the story around people and, at the end, you tackle with your final goal – how to drive the business. Mentoring and coaching techniques during the program are refreshing and using these techniques after the program suit you with the most useful tool – how to learn continuously and efficiently.
One thing I loved about this course that we were able to meet people – both presenters and participants – who has a waste experience in their industries. I can mention the President of Vodafone, the CEO and founder of WizzAir. Furthermore, I was in the same working group with the Senior Vice President of MOL from whom I could learn a lot.
