PROGRAM OBJECTIVE

The lack of women leaders in our organizations continues to be a challenge even with their proven positive impact on economic returns and growth.

Women’s self-confidence and awareness of their authentic leadership style and strengths are the foundation for purposefully building their business interactions, trust, and success.

How can we build self-confidence? How can we draw on each other’s experiences to reveal our authentic leadership style and personal vision that support our leadership aspirations?

This course will enhance your self-awareness, and will provide you with the broader understanding on women’s challenges at the workplace, and tools and techniques how to address them.

For whom: Rising female talents, team leads to mid-level female leaders who aspire to higher-level leadership positions.

Trans Lex Work

The Aspiring Women Leaders Program reminded me of the importance of self-awareness and speaking up for myself. I realised that these are two crucial skills, highly needed for both team growth and personal development.

I have became more confident. Also, I realized that my attitude towards achieving business goals, working on relationships is often more crucial than deep technical knowledge. This course also brought back playfulness to my daily routines.

My self-awareness has improved greatly, and with that how I make my choices more conciously.

I have learnt tremendous amount about myself and on how to leverage my leadership style.

The course provided great tools for further develop my business confidence, and in the recent months I have significantly improved on delegating to my staff, which freed my time to focus on strategy.
