The SEED program gave me clear structure of my leadership role and showed me how to develop myself to be able to fulfil all the requirements of that role. This is a very practical and useful program that I can recommend to all that are interested in leading and developing their businesses and their people.
Very insightful, and the program definitely helped me to look at things from a different perspective. My mentor showed me, through practical examples, how small actions can lead to a significant impact for both myself and my team.
For me, it was absolutely inspirational. Just getting to know all the other people, many of us going through the same challenges, was both relieving and motivating. It was inspiring to see that we’re all facing similar issues, using similar tools to navigate them, and that we share a common experience in overcoming them. I feel genuinely relieved and excited to return to the office and start applying everything we’ve learned over the past four days.
It was truly amazing to be surrounded by so many inspiring women. I gained a better understanding of myself and a clearer view of my future goals.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to attend this program. The topics covered were key elements of management. We discussed in depth how to manage ourselves, our people, and the business. I believe the insights shared will be useful and will support me in my professional career.
The Business Leadership Program brought my attention to how to become a more effective leader, how to lead my team instead of being pushed down by the operative things in everyday job. It also showed me how to drive a business, how to give inspiration to others, so they can achieve their goals.
My key motivation is that at BASF, as a chemical company, experimenting is in our DNA. But we also believe in continuous change and self-improvement — that’s part of our values too. I saw this as a great opportunity to reflect on how I show up in change leadership. Who am I as a leader in this process? I also wanted a comprehensive overview of change management. I was very happy to meet colleagues from other companies and learn from their experiences and practices.
The Business Leadership Program helped us structure our thoughts and ideas. It provided us with templates and exercises to help us achieve our goals with our teams.

SEED is one of the best things that happened to me during the last several years. It gave me new vision and the energy to try to become a better leader than currently I am.
I truly enjoyed these two days. It was ‘soft’ and relaxing, which I very much needed, yet also very useful. I may not have learned something entirely new about myself, but I became more aware of things I already knew about my personality, and how to use that awareness. I also picked up practical tips that could help me become a better leader. I really appreciated Anita’s role in leading the program. She’s focused, grounded, and clearly passionate about what she does. I found her very inspiring!
It has been the best learning experience I’ve ever had.The right mix of frontal learning, small group discussion and active contribution was perfectly constructed to keep up my interest and eagerness to engage. While I was already familiar with some of the models presented, the way the faculty delivered the material, enhanced with their personal touch and clear management expertise, was fascinating.
SEED’s Business Leadership Program was a very good executive educational program for me. What I gained from SEED and what it means for me is how to set aspirational goals, and how to build a team to achieve these goals.
It was very practical for me: useful and usable techniques, interesting topics and presentations, and effective mentoring!

One thing I loved about this course that we were able to meet people – both presenters and participants – who has a waste experience in their industries. I can mention the President of Vodafone, the CEO and founder of WizzAir. Furthermore, I was in the same working group with the Senior Vice President of MOL from whom I could learn a lot. I would recommend this course to any executive leader who is humble enough to open up and has the willingness to look inside and understand what his weaknesses and areas of development are.
For me, the Leading Change program was extremely inspiring. Talking about change with leaders from different business units and companies was very fruitful, I learned a lot. We had three guest speakers from different sectors, and for me the biggest takeaway from their presentations was their honesty. The way they spoke openly about their change journeys, their mistakes and failures, and how they reacted, corrected, and learned from them, that was truly impactful.
I liked the concept and the balance between the theoretical part in plenary and the discussions in small teams. I appreciated having the chance to share experiences not only with my mentor but also with other participants in the group.
"Great venue with a comprehensive leadership principles overview, focusing strongly on a practical side of leadership. I really enjoyed the teamwork during the training and I can strongly recommend the program to those, who would like to move their leadership skills to upper level. One of the best workshops, which I have ever experienced.
The Aspiring Women Leaders workshop was undeniably beneficial, offering valuable insights and tools for both personal and professional growth. I’m excited about the prospect of seeing tangible outcomes in my life, both personally and professionally.
SEED Business Leadership Program has been a real eye opener for me in terms of how many leadership tools I can have in my toolkit and how to use them intentionally. It was a great realization how simple things can change the game and lead the organization to an enhanced performance.
SEED was a very good opportunity to structure my thinking and have a good overview about business processes not only focusing strictly on business sense purposes but also the human side.
It has been a great opportunity to become more resourceful so I can step forward in my management journey. This program should be mandatory for all managers and leaders.
A unique journey with inspiring topics, lovely fellow participants, and engaging guest speakers. What truly sets this program apart are the small team sessions — they make the experience far more personal than other programs. Meeting other aspiring women from different sectors, with different personalities, and sharing our stories and situations was one of the greatest values of the program.
Great conversations, good structure, useful content, and valuable preparation for both existing and upcoming corporate situations.
SEED means inspiration to me because here we meet a lot of nice and intelligent people, full of inspiration, full of aspirations and it’s really filling me with positive energy. SEED is positive energy.
It was a very intense and engaging program, with many opportunities to study ourselves. I also found it really interesting to see how others interpret the same situation differently.
It has been a great experience and truly mind-opening. Besides providing a lot of new knowledge, the program helped me see what I already knew in a more organized way, and also raised my awareness of certain skills and approaches.
The format of the program is very impactful, especially the small group discussions, where we can apply the theory and learn from our own and others’ mistakes and insights.
I am absolutely thrilled with the program. You start from aspiration and values, continue with building the story around people and, at the end, you tackle with your final goal – how to drive the business. Mentoring and coaching techniques during the program are refreshing and using these techniques after the program suit you with the most useful tool – how to learn continuously and efficiently. For me this is the key takeaway.
SEED Leadership program was a great and enjoyable experience. In addition to meeting very interesting and talented young leaders of the region, I enjoyed the depth and quality of the training provided. It was a pleasure to meet guest presenters and learn about their valuable life and career experiences. Furthermore, the coaching and mentorship sessions provided by the program are motivating and instructive. Very well done!
The perfect opportunity to grow in your leadership journey.
It was inspiring. The first program where I truly felt it added value to my life. I had several ‘aha’ moments and even more takeaways.
Excellent summary of leadership topics and toolkits. A very efficient way of learning. After the theory, we immediately discussed and applied it in practice.
The best leadership program so far. Be prepared to be pumped with so many practical hints that you'll need to prioritize which ones to start using.
SEED means a great experience, good people in the team, great networking opportunity, and a point in time when you realize that you never stop learning in life.
Very useful. I liked the structured approach to execution. I also found the public speaking sessions very impactful — this was the first time I had such a session, and I was impressed by the change I could achieve in just two hours.
It was refreshing to have meaningful conversations with other women from different sectors, each bringing a unique mindset. I didn’t expect the self-awareness part of the program to be so deep.
A very interesting program in which everyone will find something that will help them in their personal and business progress.
Relevant, strong content with a good balance between plenary sessions and breakout team discussions.
A very intense, practical, and useful three days. A great combination of theory and practice in small groups.
The split between frontal presentations and small group work was really well balanced. It was a hands-on experience with valuable knowledge transfer. The on-site format was highly effective, I especially enjoyed the discussions over breakfasts and dinners.
