A series of online, short-session programs, designed for busy executives who seek to enhance their leadership capabilities in specific areas like strategy, innovation, and change management.

These focused learning modules offer practical, high-impact insights, delivered in a convenient, flexible format. Each session is interactive and engaging, providing immediate takeaways that can be applied directly to your leadership role.

MINI-JOURNEY

These programs are much more than just webinars. The short plenary sessions are immediately followed by small group discussions, with additional pre- and post-session support, including a follow-up consulting session where participants can discuss their progress and receive advice.

Participants may choose any topic for either time slot, but sessions will only be held if there are more than 3 applicants per topic.

WHAT ARE THE LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS?

The program will be held in English, therefore we recommend it to leaders, who are fluent in English.
