Sanjay Gupta has over 25 years of leadership experience across India, Germany, and Hungary, holding senior roles at Siemens and T-Systems Hungary, where he earned the Leader of the Year award twice.

Since 2017, he has been a coach, senior leadership advisor, and CEO at GROW Zrt., specializing in organizational development.

His leadership model, AVICA, is featured in his book “Leading in Uncertainty”, released in 2024 as part of SEED Books.
