As of 1 April 2022, SEED introduced the new management structure of the institution.
The newly established management team is represented by Dr. László Eszes as the Academic Director, György Leitner as the Business Director and András Kárpáty as the Managing Director.
András Kárpáty, Managing Director of SEED Executive School said:
“This is an exciting time for SEED and with the establishment of the new management team we made an important step in reaching our new vision and aspiration.
The wide range of experience, the leadership qualities and values in the management team provide unique source for the further growth of the institution. In achieving our goals, we are looking forward to working and acting as one team, together with our colleagues and partners in the region.”
Dr. László Eszes in his new position as Academic Director will keep his role in content development, supporting and developing the faculty and coaches, and will also be responsible for the in-company programs.

György Leitner – armed with his massive experience as CEO – as the Business Director is in charge of planning, controlling, performance management, marketing and branding and also is the head of all open enrollment programs.

The new management team and operation model is effective from 1 April, 2022.
Beside their management responsibilities, Dr. László Eszes and György Leitner both remain active faculty members on the different SEED programs as well.
