Dora brings over 20 years of professional experience and a track record of more than 300 million euros in investment and corporate lending transactions. Having sat on both sides of the negotiating table, she offers a unique perspective of complex business and transactions.

During her 15 years at OTP Bank, she led the Project Finance and Special Transactions department, responsible for high-value project financing transactions. Subsequently, at Hiventures, which is one of Central and Eastern Europe’s largest and most active venture capital fund managers, her team invested in innovative, high-growth potential, well-scalable Hungarian businesses in incubation, seed, and growth stages.

Currently Dora, with the unique understanding of the different market players, runs her own financial advisory firm, dedicated to helping clients unlock growth beyond organic means, manage financial distress, and successfully execute company sales or generational change.
