Panni studied on the Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of English, as well as, the Faculty of Education and Psychology. She worked at multinational companies as internal communications/learning and development specialist, advisor and as an internal trainer. She has lived for many years in the United States.

Panni considers coaching her passion and her “call”. She really loves working with people and easily builds honest trust with them. Her more than 14 years of international training experience adds greatly to her role as a Coach. Panni is also working as a Senior Trainer at Impact Works delivering presentation and communication skills, train the trainer, leadership development and wellbeing trainings for groups and individual executives. Combining her trainer and coach skills you can also count on her as Team Coach. What you can expect from her is full acceptance, understanding, retaining confidence and energy.

She highly values quality and international standards therefore she is an ACC (ICF Accredited Certified Coach) and strives to be an MCC (Master Certified Coach) in a few years.
