We are excited to welcome Noémi Cselényi to SEED as our new Executive Coach!

Noémi is an executive coach certified by Berkeley, holding a degree in Organizational Psychology (NYU). As an executive coach, she supported the development of talents and leaders from various industries and countries, following a Positive Psychology approach.

In the last almost 10 years, she has been working as an Organizational Development Consultant in three continents, with clients ranging from start-ups to global corporations in a diverse range of industries (IT professional services, energy, agriculture, IT, insurance, automotive, publishing, hospitality, non-profit). She is passionate about supporting both organizations and individuals through change and development.
