Luca is a senior business coach (certified by Gestalt Coaching Center), team coach and organizational development expert. She is one of the co-founders of Blueberry Development LLC, a company focusing on leadership development for start-ups and high-growth organizations.

In her previous professional career being an HR Director of media and advertising agencies she had been leading HR departments and global talent management programs.

As a qualified Action Learning and Transformative Team Coach she has more than 10 years of experience working with leadership teams. This all-around professional background ensures a comprehensive and innovative coaching mentality throughout her work.
