We are pleased to announce that Dr. Anita Csoma joins SEED as our new Faculty Member.

Anita is an innovation and business leader, with more than two decades of experience working in European and North American Energy Companies such as MOL Group, ConocoPhillips, and Shell International E&P. She has a wide arrays of leadership experience including designing and building interdisciplinary research and service teams, developing, managing, and implementing portfolio of projects across multiple organizations, and transforming large organizations to support business needs.

Anita’s passion and strength lie in holding the space between the creativity of teams and the delivery of short and long-term strategy. She is an advocate mentor and coach to managers and talents. In 2015 she received the prestigious “Inspiring Woman in STEM Award” in the U.S.A.

Currently Anita works as an independent transformation advisor, supporting from start-up to multinational organizations in their innovation and transformation journeys.

“Systematic development of our present and future leaders is critical for meeting the unprecedented economic and human challenges of our current times. In the CEE region, SEED provides such leadership development journeys, and it is my great honor to be part of it.

I am excited to share and utilize my “unconventional” innovative views and methodologies to further develop the SEED curriculum, and most importantly to support our participating leaders as a faculty member and mentor.”
