Michal graduated at the Berea Collage of Kentucky, completed his MBA in University of Virginia, Darden School of Business Administration and learned at HEC Paris as part of an exchange program.

He started his career in New York at Goldman Sachs as a Financial Analyst, then acted in senior management positions at Morgan Stanley, KBC Bank. Later he joined Microsoft in the US for 10 years and worked as Strategy IT / Finance / Sales & Marketing Executive . Then he moved to Prague and became CEO of Y Soft and Monster Career CZ.

Currently he is the founder and the host of the Headhunted Podcast and acts as the CEO and CXO of Talent’em HR tech company
