Maria is a former senior executive, who has been working in the energy industry in the last three decades in the area of Human Resources and has lead and supported plenty of business and HR transformations in a multinational company as E.ON Hungary.

During her career she was responsible for transforming HR  to a modern, business and people oriented function with significant impact on the organisational and leadership culture with efficient, customer friendly and highly reliable  HR services. She strongly believes that high level HR contribution is one of the key elements of business success.
She was a passionate teambuilder both in  her own team and the leadership team of the company.

She is in retirement since May 2023 and acts as a mentor for managers and leaders on HR and people.
