FOUNDATIONS OF MANAGEMENT program

Management is a great responsibility, and an even greater opportunity

Are you finding it difficult to step up from a professional position into a managerial one? Does it make you uneasy to lead former peers and colleagues? Wouldn’t it be sometimes easier to accomplish the task yourself rather than managing it through others?

If you are facing similar challenges, come and join our 4-months Foundations of Management journey, where you learn from executives who have done it before. We will help you focus on what really matters: the most important leadership DO-HOWs for greater leadership impact.

THRIVING AS A MIDDLE MANAGER IS TOUGH .
WE WILL HELP YOU MAKE THIS BIG STEP UP.

SEED MANAGEMENT ESSENTIALS

Throughout your 4-month learning journey, you are guided by senior executives through the three pillars of the program:

MANAGE YOURSELF, MANAGE YOUR PEOPLE, MANAGE YOUR BUSINESS – and implement the learnings into immediate business applications.

MANAGE YOURSELF

We believe that you must be OK first and foremost, so that your team will be OK and can perform well.

As a manager you must be able to reflect on yourself, continuously LEARN and DEVELOP, manage your ENERGY, TIME, FOCUS, and BEHAVIOR, in order to lead others effectively.

MANAGE YOUR PEOPLE

Managing and improving performance through others is your key responsibility as a manager.

You will acquire skills how to effectively do that and how you can foster a workplace atmosphere that ENCOURAGES and INSPIRES.

MANAGE THE BUSINESS

By the end of the program, you will have achieved a high level of proficiency in the areas of setting team GOALS and managing PERFORMANCE, organizing STRUCTURES and PROCESSES, and effectively MANAGING CHANGE.

SEED is unlike any management learning experience than I have ever had. The combination of the decades of experience sensibly present at the instructors and the enjoyable diversity of the peers helps a lot, but ultimately the most important factor is the students themselves, their determination and openness. I am happy I could be a part.

„The program contains an appropriate proportion of theory and practice. It was also important for me to take away tangible things that I can use in my daily work to make the best of my team.”

Very useful topics and well organized: less theoretical and much more practice. Work in small groups is great: the mentor has more time to devote to everyone, sharing experience, tricks and tips.

Leaders of huge companies were willing to share with us not just their successes, but also the struggles they went through. It was all about practice.

The combination of the decades of experience sensibly present at the instructors and the enjoyable diversity of the peers helps a lot, but ultimately the most important factor is the students themselves, their determination and openness. I am happy I could be a part.

This program is a well-structured and experienced based opportunity to learn about leadership with mentors who have huge knowledge about real life leadership. This combination is one of the best and most useful way to teach of the future leaders.
