On 22 February 2022, the MOL LEAD 2022 academic year just started!

It’s our pleasure to support the MOL LEAD program already the third time. In this unique group-level leadership development program, SEED and Cotrugli Business School will support the 54 participants in different modules.

Throughout this 1 year program SEED is responsible for the following modules: Strategy, Innovation, Customer and Stakeholder Management, Change Management and Leadership Camp.

The 54 aspiring leaders will be guided by our 8 SEED Faculty Members on their transformational journey.
