24.hu recently published an article about our executive school, in which György Leitner our Business Director talked about one of SEED’s new programs, specifically designed for C-level executives, as well as SEED’s latest research.

SEED conducted a comprehensive study this year with the participation of executives from 40 different Hungarian companies on the impact of Covid, changing workplace conditions and digitalisation, which have created new challenges not only for organisations and employees, but also for managers.

The survey revealed that the changes brought about by the epidemic, the economic crisis and the constant technological and digital transformation demand much greater flexibility, problem-solving skills, stress tolerance and new leadership skills, which require a rethinking of the way business used to be done.
