The program is based on the realization that while sustainability is often talked about even in a corporate setting, usually the discussion remains on a very high level. The goal is to connect high-level goals and actions with the everyday reality of corporate middle management and lead to realizations that practical solutions are within reach.
The program aims to make a difference between industry-specific, usually large-scale solutions, mostly best left to global top management and specialized experts, and generally applicable, cross-industry, mid- or small-scale solutions that can be realized in the framework of business-as-usual corporate life.
The program differentiates between key goals under the umbrella notion of sustainability and aims to introduce the development of the concept. It is important to enable participants to choose the emphasis of their commitments towards sustainability based on a sophisticated understanding.

The program is based on the realization that although companies are aware that innovation is key for long term sustainability, they still do not recognise the best promoters of that change are the highly creative intrapreneurs.
Successful intrapreneurs rise to the top (often to executive level) with a deep understanding of the business from all levels. While delivering results they also foster the growth of other talented intrapreneurs and integrate more new ideas for the good of the entire company.
This program is designed to introduce the key elements of the intrapreneurial skillset, essentials to build and implement strategy to reach that vision, recognize and solve important problems and build supporting network. The goal is to connect high-level goals with practical solutions that are within reach.
This program is recommended for
dynamic mid-level corporate leaders
who are committed to innovation, excited by complex challenges, experienced in leading cross-functional collaboration, have a track record of successful projects and want to do more.
They have a vision on enhancing the company’s long term growth through new processes, services or products and they are willing to create solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
The program is highly interactive that requires active participation. Attendees aquire deeper knowledge through self-reflection on professional experiences and future plans, experimental learning through individual and team excercises, role plays and thought-provoking presentations.
The program consists of 3 half-day sessions. One hour additional follow-up consultation included for each participant free of charge.
Following successful completion of the program, participants will be able to:

FLIGBY is an value-based leadership development tool, global award-winning serious game and an innovative training program: The aim of the tool is to support your, the leader, in the art of ‘ how to generate FLOW [1] at the workplace’.
FLIGBY is an interactive, online software that employs real-life business simulation in a movie-like setting; teaching the participants how they can experience Flow in their future leadership positions and how Team-Flow can be promoted at the workplace.
FLIGBY provides the opportunity for leaders to experiment with different leadership styles while practicing them in a safe environment, hence they can experience their effects on an organization (team spirit, company atmosphere, profitability etc…).
Elements of the FLIGBY learning mechanism:
The goal is to process the results of your individual – and later of your team-based- simulation game which you will see in your skill reports. We will work on defining your customized best practices and the areas that need further development thus to identify the next steps on your leadership journey.
[1] Flow experience was discovered by Prof. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. It is often the synonym for being creative, finding meaning in work and any activity and is a source of happiness. Flow mental state occurs when you reach the dynamic balance between the relatively difficult tasks ( a reasonable challenge level) and your level of skills which you can develop accordingly .
For leaders and managers from any kind of organizations.
We will run the program on-site, in a highly interactive way that builds on participants’ contributions. The program is constructed as a combination of:
Training sessions (2x3 units)
FLIGBY game (individually & in study teams)
Expert Conversations & Leadership Peer Debriefing Session: Processing & Action Development
Other related educational activities
Areas of Application
Following successful completion of the program, participants will improve self-knowledge and the knowledge of human personalities. In order to successfully carry out the Flow-game, participants need to get to know their „team”, the dominating group dynamics and the colleagues’ personalities, motivations, challenges, and themselves, as well.
As the „General Manager of virtual Turul Winery” participants face challenging tasks: financial difficulties, internal conflicts, meeting the expectations of the owner, unpleasant weather conditions etc… They have to make 150+ serious decisions and create a work environment which promotes active participation.
FLIGBY as a diagnostic tool measures 29 leadership & management skills objectively and without distortion.
It also provides an individual report based on the 150 decisions made by each participant during game play.
