Brand Growth traditionally has been the driver of profitability and a necessity for quarter by quarter success. Thinking around growth has been linked to driving usage by increasing frequency of purchase along with coming up with differentiating positionings that capture the imagination of customers in a variety of tailored channels.
The radical change in consumption habits as well as the increasing mistrust in brands has led to a paradigm shift: one that focuses on building penetration and embedding various brand signals in customers minds to facilitate growth. Also moving away simply from dialogue, enhancing the experiential side of the brand has come to a forefront in an omnichannel environment. And all this linked by a uniting and relevant purpose that is in tune with what the brand offers.
This practical, interactive course provides a hands on guide to building brands in distressed markets and changing environments as well as building lasting relationships with customers via a tailor-made case study that provides as a backdrop for practicing the modules in “real life”.
The program is highly interactive that require active participation. Besides individual participation we also focus on team work, group excercises, invited guests, role plays, presentations – all built around an exciting and tailor-made case study.
The program consists of 3 half-day sessions, each day between 9:30-12:30. There will be individual and team exercises in between the sessions. One hour additional follow-up consultation included for each participant free of charge.
After the course, participants will get
They will receive a theoretical introduction and – on the SEED digital platform – access to a toolset they will be able to use for their current and future marketing initiatives.

The program is based on the realization that while sustainability is often talked about even in a corporate setting, usually the discussion remains on a very high level. The goal is to connect high-level goals and actions with the everyday reality of corporate middle management and lead to realizations that practical solutions are within reach.
The program aims to make a difference between industry-specific, usually large-scale solutions, mostly best left to global top management and specialized experts, and generally applicable, cross-industry, mid- or small-scale solutions that can be realized in the framework of business-as-usual corporate life.
The program differentiates between key goals under the umbrella notion of sustainability and aims to introduce the development of the concept. It is important to enable participants to choose the emphasis of their commitments towards sustainability based on a sophisticated understanding.
This program is recommended for

The program is based on the realization that although companies are aware that innovation is key for long term sustainability, they still do not recognise the best promoters of that change are the highly creative intrapreneurs.

The goal is to connect high-level goals with practical solutions that are within reach.

Understand how to choose the right tool (mentoring vs. coaching) to maximize employee engagement.
Learn the most practical applications of these approaches and fit them to each individual circumstance. It is in our veins to offer advice unsolicited or when someone approaches us with a dilemma. However this is often counterproductive.
In this course you will understand in what situations to use directing, advicing, mentoring, coaching leadership styles. You will learn how to lead discussions with your team members that best suits their development, how to develop new-joiners and even people outside your direct team. Finally, you will also learn how to build a valuable mentoring relationship with your senior mentor.
To note, coaching and mentoring is also touched upon in other SEED courses. However, in this workshop we will deep dive in the practice of these topics.
