Thomas Narbeshuber is our new Faculty Member

We are glad to announce that Thomas Narbeshuber, joins our Faculty at SEED Executive School.

Thomas is a chemical engineer by profession and has been working for BASF since 29 years in eight different managerial roles. Since 2014 he has been leading the operations of BASF Central & South-East Europe as a BASF Group Vice President covering 17 countries and is also responsible for the Hungarian entity as Managing Director. Besides his positions at BASF, he is serving in the board of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce, he is leading the EU Green Deal Working Group in the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and the Sustainable Growth Committee in the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary. For the German-Eastern European Business Association in Berlin (Ostausschuß der Deutschen Wirtschaft) he acts as the speaker for South-East-Europe.

Before Thomas came to Hungary, he collected international experience in The Netherlands, France, Germany and China in different roles and responsibilities, shaping his intercultural experience and his leadership style.

I am very excited to join the Faculty of SEED Executive School and contribute to this endeavour”

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Thomas to our faculty as he is a passionate, experienced leader in designing and driving innovation and change in cross-cultural environments in the chemical industry. His leadership experience spans from developing and implementing competitive strategies, executing portfolio transactions, developing multicultural teams and using the network of key industrial and political stakeholders. Operational experience extends to managing large chemical sites in a multinational company as well as small entrepreneurial legal entities.
