SEED Executive School was represented in Csíkszereda by Dr. László Eszes, CEO & Academic Director, and Róbert Huszár, Faculty Member, at the “Change and its Economic Pillars” conference hosted by the Hungarian Business Association in Romania. The event brought together regional executives to reflect on how leaders must evolve in the face of ongoing transformation across Central and Eastern Europe.

Dr. Eszes opened the afternoon with his keynote, “Change and Management in Stormy Times,” delivering a timely message: in today’s environment, leadership is not about having all the answers — it is about learning faster than the context changes. His keynote challenged traditional leadership mindsets and called for a shift in how change is led within organizations. He encouraged executives to rethink how they approach transformation by:

  • Focusing on creating momentum and engagement, rather than simply explaining the change;
  • Letting go of rigid, perfect plans in favor of flexible, sprint-based learning cycles;
  • Recognizing that most change efforts fail not due to poor strategy, but because people aren’t truly engaged in the process.

Dr. Eszes also introduced practical tools for change leadership, including the “PRAISE” equation for credible leadership and SEED’s core principle of habit transformation. The keynote brought together strategic insight and hands-on leadership practice — true to SEED’s do-how approach to executive education.

Beyond the keynote, this event marked an important step in SEED’s growing regional engagement. Strengthening our presence in Romania supports our aspiration to become a trusted executive education partner across the region — empowering credible, adaptive, and value-driven leaders.
