We are pleased to announce that Oana Ilie is joining our Faculty at SEED Executive School.

Oana is a seasoned expert in the field of corporate and retail banking with more than two decades of experience in Romania. She built her career working for important banks (Romanian and international banks with branches in Romania) starting from the level of trainee up to the level of managing a branch and then entire networks. Between 2006 and 2018 in OTP Bank Romania, part of the Hungarian OTP Bank Group, she took over several challenging roles, notably being Deputy Director and then Director of the Distribution Sales Channels and Branch Network Management.

For the past few years, she has been in charge of coordinating important projects as a member of the Managing Board in different banks, as follows: member of the Board of Directors of Millenium Bank Romania SA, Business Deputy General Manager of Banca Romaneasca SA, member of the Board of Directors of Banca Romaneasca SA and Retail Deputy General Manager of Exim Banca Romaneasca SA.

With an MBA in Financial Management from the City University of Seattle and a rich background in the banking sector, she deeply resonates with the challenges of a leader nowadays and she is prepared to face them by always keeping a keen eye on business and banking trends and innovations.
