SEED Executive School is proud to announce the appointment of dr. László Eszes as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Eszes brings a wealth of experience from over three decades in international executive management positions, academic and leadership development roles and along with the new management team will focus on the further growth and international expansion of the institution.

Mr. Eszes vows to put SEED on an international growth path, by continuous expansion into the CEE region with its open and in-company programs. Founded by MOL and OTP a decade ago, SEED Executive School boasts over 2000 Alumni from over 45 countries, and ten years of curating executive leadership journeys for leaders of over 300 companies.

Building on the strengths of SEED’s ten-year tenure, Mr. Eszes is building a completely new portfolio of executive programs: “Together with our experienced faculty, coaches and dedicated team, we aim to create programs that address the critical challenges leaders and organizations face such as business agility and adaptation, sustainable business operations, and digital transformations, including the integration of AI.”

With a strong background in strategic consulting and business transformation, Eszes has previously served in top executive positions at T-Systems, Kearney, JTI and founded, owned and led the GROW Group. He is an internationally recognized expert in change leadership and his own journey aligns closely with SEED’s mission of empowering leaders to make a profound impact, equipping them with the skills and mindset required to drive positive change within their organizations.

“I strongly believe that what the world needs most today is better leaders” – shared Eszes. “With SEED, we aim to contribute to this goal with three unique components: an executive faculty pool who are willing and capable to share their decades of experience; a highly practical knowledge and “down-to-earth” approach in leadership development; and the delivery of exclusive leadership development journeys that helps our participants change their habits and behaviours.”

“We are thrilled to have László Eszes step into the role of CEO at this pivotal time” – said Szabolcs I. Ferencz, Head of the Board of the SEED Foundation. “His vision for executive education and deep understanding of the challenges facing leaders today will guide SEED as we continue to expand our influence in the CEE region and beyond.”

This announcement comes alongside the formation of SEED’s new management team composed of seasoned professionals, who will work closely with the new CEO to continue delivering exceptional learning journeys for executives.
