As of January 1, 2026, SEED Executive School became part of Corvinus University of Budapest, marking a significant milestone in the field of executive education in Hungary and the broader Central and Eastern European region. The newly formed Corvinus School for Executive Education and Development (Corvinus–SEED) will serve as the university’s dedicated executive education unit.

This integration brings together two institutions with a shared vision for impactful leadership development. It marks the creation of Hungary’s largest university-based executive education provider, with a clear ambition to become one of the leading executive business schools in Central and Eastern Europe.

“By integrating SEED, Corvinus has taken a new path — a turning point in executive education for us, and we hope for the region as well. This initiative is crucial for the University’s successful future because, under our Bridge strategy, we see it as our responsibility to meet the growing labour market demand for executive education among leaders in Central and Eastern Europe with a high-quality, timely and attractive portfolio that addresses today’s challenges,” said Bruno van Pottelsberghe, Rector of Corvinus University of Budapest.

BUILT ON SHARED EXPERTISE

Founded in 2014, SEED Executive School was established to offer world-class, practice-based executive education rooted in the realities of Central and Eastern Europe. Since then, it has provided programs to more than 300 companies across 45 countries, becoming a trusted development partner for leaders across the region. Over the years, SEED and Corvinus have also worked closely together, delivering joint executive programs and contributing to Corvinus’s internationally accredited Executive MBA.

“The Corvinus–SEED motto is: We develop better leaders for a better world. We believe that, together with Corvinus, we can achieve more. For managers, leaders, and experts across the wider region, we offer leadership journeys that are truly distinctive in their structure, focus, and practical relevance — and that deliver the highest value for our business partners,” said Dr. László Eszes, Director of Corvinus–SEED.

This step brings together two distinct but complementary strengths. SEED’s executive education is grounded in real leadership experience, with programs led by former and current C-level executives. Corvinus adds academic depth and a strategic, long-term strategic vision. By joining forces, they offer a learning environment built to support leaders navigating today’s complex business landscape.

As Corvinus–SEED moves forward, its mission remains clear: to equip leaders with the tools, mindset, and perspective needed to drive meaningful impact — in their organisations and beyond.
