Index.hu recently published an article on SEED’s newly launched Hungarian-language programs, and also on SEED’s survey and SEED Connect event on digital transformation.

As SEED’s survey found, two-thirds of Hungarian CEOs do not believe that digitalization gives them a competitive advantage, with many seeing it as a distraction. The vast majority of companies open to digitalization prefer to integrate digital developments into their existing business model, with very few seeking to build new business lines on information technology. This approach is hindering data-driven development, as many companies treat it as an IT issue rather than a business issue.

The article also highlighted the importance of local, Hungarian leadership knowledge, SEED’s unique leadership development approach, and why we need to let go of old routines.
