László holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering, an MBA from the University of Bradford (UK) and a Doctorate in Operations Research. He has more than 20 years executive management experience in Hungary and Switzerland including various strategic and general management positions at multinationals like JTI and T-Systems. He worked extensively in the field of management consulting: established and led the Hungarian office of Kearney, founded, owned and lead the GROW Group. László is the Founder and Lead Methodologist of the CAFE Change Agility Framework. Currently he acts as an independent leadership advisor to CEO’s, Boards and senior leadership teams.

Since April 2022, he also serves as the Academic Director of SEED.
