As of 1 June 2021, Dr. László Eszes has been appointed as the new Faculty Director of SEED Business School.
Beside his role as an active Faculty Member since 2018, he is now responsible for the organization and establishment of the entire academic program portfolio of SEED. In addition to his institution-wide coordinating role, he is also in charge of maintaining liaisons with academic and corporate partners.

László (58) holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering, an MBA from the University of Bradford (UK) and a Doctorate in Operations Research. He has more than 20 years executive management experience in Hungary and Switzerland including various strategic and general management positions at multinationals like JTI and T-Systems. He worked extensively in the field of management consulting: established and led the Hungarian office of Kearney, founded, owned and lead the GROW Group. László is the Founder and Lead Methodologist of the CAFE Change Agility Framework. Beyond serving as SEED Faculty Director, he acts as leadership advisor to CEO’s, Boards and senior leadership teams.
