Foundations of Management Program (FoMP) is a 4-month exclusive learning journey for managers that provides the essential knowledge and tools of management through small and practical group exercises, mentoring and coaching sessions.

The participants are guided by senior executives through the three pillars of the program – Manage Self,  Managing People and Managing the Business – and implement the learnings into immediate business applications.
